The H-West Federation publishes a monthly newsletter called ‘The Activist’, primarily circulated
free of charge to residents in the suburbs. The newsletter was recently refurbished through a
collaboration with St. Paul’s Institute of communication Education (SPICE). We decided to go in
for colour printing and were looking out for a printer who would provide quality work and do so
within the constraints of a limited budget.
